Orthodox churches - The Wooden Architecture Trail

The wooden Orthodox churches are located on the Małopolska Wooden Architecture Trail. The greatest UNESCO monument of Muszyna is the former Orthodox Church of St. Jakub the Younger Apostle in Powroźnik. It is the oldest wooden church in the Southern Poland, which in 2013 was inscribed on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. In the closest vicinity of the Klimek Guesthouse, there is the Orthodox Church of St. Dymitr in Złockie. Built in 1872, the church has a complete iconostasis from the second half of the 19th century.
