Sensorial stimulation shower

Type of water shower with variable intensity, temperature and water jet. A session of tropical rain combined with arctic fog and a subtle play of lights will intensely stimulate all your senses. Let it take you to the middle of the tropical forest to feel the uniqueness of wild nature. Mood lighting in a special color scheme will open gates of an exotic land. Thanks to the intense drops of water on your body, you can feel an exciting surge of emotions.

BIO sauna

A perfect place for those who would like to take advantage of sauna session without being exposed to very high temperatures. Bio sauna cleanses the skin and stimulates blood circulation. Comfortable temperature and increased humidity in the sauna will allow you to truly relax.

A bio sauna is a sauna with a lower temperature than a Finnish sauna, usually between 50 and 65 degrees Celsius. Humidity in a bio sauna ranges between 10 and 30%, and the duration of a session can be from 15 to 25 minutes.

Ice therapy

Crushed ice massage is one of the forms of cryotherapy. It will quickly put you back on your feet, give you vitality and have a positive effect on the condition of your muscles. Ice crystals, designed to gently cool the body temperature after a stay in the BIO sauna, will strengthen our immune system.

Thermal bench

Suitably profiled bench, heated to body temperature, has a relaxing effect on the body, creating unique comfort for those who rest.

Important information

The health and safety of our Guests and employees is our priority, therefore the relaxation area can be used by Guests accommodated in one room for 45 minutes / a day. Sessions start at full hours from 10:00 to 20:00. Advance booking required at the reception of the Klimek Guesthouse.
